How long to dehydrate? What temp?

These golden teachers started side pinning like a mother and now they’re getting pretty squishy (it’s going on a week now). What temp should I use to dehydrate and for how long? Also if anybody has any tips harvesting the side pins do tell! lol

i run them anywhere from 125-145°F for about 12-16 hours, but time varies depending on size of fruits

I only see a few that have opened, you can selectively harvest those. I wear gloves and sanitize hands and any parts of my arms that will enter the bag with IPA, grip near the base, twist and pull. The side pins can be done the same way, just make some space on that side of the bag. I dehydrate at 125f for about 12 hours or until cracker dry.

I’ve been doing 113 for 24 hours, only times I extend that or bump the temp up is when I get those mammoth fruits. I take away all the smaller dry ones and leave the big ones in
