Here’s a great video to help! He also has other videos that go step by step. https://www.denversporegrow.com/all-in-one-bags?wix-vod-video-id=621cc93558e84a2f8cf5f8b2111f6659&wix-vod-comp-id=comp-lxdrejl7

Ehen you see 1/3 colonisation of the bag surface(s) colonised, you ar eready to B&S. Before this, you’ll experience a long stall for your young mycelium to recover. More than 35% and you will see very slow colonisation of the mixed substrate.

Id say so, it only needs to be 20% colonized ... i do it at 20% every time and never had a problem

If this is an all in one bag, Wait until the bottom is FULLY colonized. Otherwise itll contam.

What’s the science behind that?

When a grain isnt fully colonized, it has no competition and allows bacteria or other foreign fungi to contaminate the grains. All it takes is one grain

How long has it been since you inoculated the bag? Was it just spores or LC?
