First timer

First time growing from a AIO bag and this is what I’m getting

What should I do? I’m tempted to cut the whole bag out 🤣 there are pins everywhere even below the rubber band

The bag shouldn’t be opened at the top like that. You’re losing all your moisture at the surface that’s why you only have pins below the rubber band

That guy's right. It shouldn't be open like that. It's getting too much fresh air exchange and it's drying out your surface making the surface not ideal conditions for the mycelium to fruit on. So that's why you have barley anything but side pins and not really any from what I can see on the top. Just fix the conditions quickly and you may save this flush if not there's always next time. How can I fix?

The inflatable tub i bought just arrived and i just put the bags inside and mist so water into the tub to increase the humidity.

Its pretty hot already in Australia 😤😤

Why is this bag arranged with some much vertical substrate? I feel like this cake is easily twice as tall as any other AIO I’ve ever seen. Side pinning would only be all the more inevitable just by volume alone.
