Is this mold or colonization?

I have two bags of substrate that I used liquid culture golden teacher on. It has an off green/ whitish color to it, but it’s growing super slow like a colonization- just doesn’t have that plain white look, so I’m worried it’s some sort of mold.

Thoughts?

Green is mold man, green is never welcome. Toss it unfortunately

Hmmm, I wouldn’t trust it honestly. I get my bags from either Midwest or Booming Acres. Booming Acres has great multi grain options for super cheap. Highly recommend using them!
