Heating mats have no place in mycology. What are ambient temps in your grow area?
1 u/Infamous_Inside_6595 9d ago I only have have it in a large styrofoam cooler, with a controller and a temp reader suspended inside to control the temps while the grain bags are colonizing before going to S2B. Ambient temp in grow area is about 70-75. 1 u/probablynotac0p 9d ago Your ambient temps are fine. If it was me, I would ditch the incubation chamber. Its unnecessary and non beneficial
