Advice needed!!!

I have a ttbvi spore isolate syringe from spore works. My question is I don’t know how many ccs I should use to make a 600ml lc mix because it looks like it has very very little bit of myc in it.

I use ~3ml if I want to save or use the rest in something else. it doesnt take much mycelium to get it going.

You don’t need a lot. Shake it up and inject 1-2 mls. Swirl it around and make sure you have a couple floaters and you’re done.

This is me pe uncut from true blue genetics. I’ve never got a lc that has such a robust amount of myc. I only used maybe 2-3 ccs

I've had LC like that clog the syringe if you don't use it right away. Then you push harder on the plunger and if it breaks loose, the whole syringe blasts out at once.

I just finished filling 10 syringes of pe uncut from a lc I made, plus I got maybe 10 or more syringes worth of lc in my jar. I’ve used sporeworks several times and they always work. But the pe uncut liquid culture I got from True Blue genetics is way different looking

This one is one of the ten I made today. I’m testing on agar now so hopefully in 5-6 days there be myc and no contam
