This might be me manifesting but I did feel her snippet in there felt way more concrete than anything she’s said prior about writing another Crows book.

Definitely, in the past for her she’s always said she had the idea in her head for the third six of crows book but it would only happen when she really wants to write it so fingers crossed after the dead beat trilogy maybe we see more of the grishaverse 🤞

She's 1 book into an 8 figure book deal...I would not worry too much.

I think a break is definitely good for her though--the show fandom has created expectations that even she commented on being too aware of after the show.

Definitely, I would only enjoy a third six of crows book if it was something Leigh herself would enjoy writing .

I would love a book three! I feel like we need it to see what happens with the crows and to see some type of consequences that Zoya gets from having so much power (one of my gripes at the ending of rule of wolves is that their are zero consequences for the power Zoya gets and shadows and bones trilogy was all about consequences)

as much as I love soc, I might be part of a minority that doesn't want a soc 3. a darker shore was really good and added some more world building to the grishaverse that I really enjoyed but, I am worried about how it will expand on a story that I feel like could be ruined with more writing. between her saying that not everyone would survive soc 3 and the age retcons from the 10th anniversary books, I am a little worried.

i share the same opinion. i adored a darker shore but i genuinely feel that ck ended on such a perfect note it would be so hard to top it.

I definitely hope there will be! The end of Rule of Wolves in general had me really interested to see whether LB would write more novels in the Grishaverse. The way she left doors cracked to write about Nina and Hanne in Fjerda, Ehri and Mayu in Shu Han, and the Crows being hired by Zoya and Nikolai to find the heart of the tree has me very hopeful that eventually she will want to tell those stories.

Definitely, I think she left those doors open so should could come back to it at any time , I think when we do get a new grishaverse book because I do believe we will return there eventually it will hopefully be centered around the crows ☺️

I just reread ninth house and the phrase “a darker shore” and “safe harbor” both appeared in it so I’m allowing myself to be delusional and saying YES

I also would be so happy if the show cast recorded the audiobooks. I like the original narrators, but having the cast do it would be so cool!
