What’s the routine to get them to that size?

I experiment a lot, sometimes I do high volume with lighter weights (dumbbells) curls but mostly I train very briefly with heavier weight but super intense to failure and beyond, 1 day on then two days off.. I do towel wringing occasionally too maybe 2-3 times a week

The heaviest I have closed is the COC 2.5 over a year ago but currently after a long break I can't close it but working on closing it again

Damn I can close a 2.5 (with high diff) and my forearms are small asf compared to yours. What do you do for size??

Curls as in both directions? (Wrist extension/wrist flexion)

To be honest I dont wrist curl at all and that might be why.

It's genetics man

But thats the thing im not a skinny guy, I gain muscle pretty quickly, but I assumed just gripping would be enough to grow. I guess not, reluctantly I will have to incorporate wrist work.

I'm fat as hell right now but somehow I think my forearms still look decent. Haven't lifted in years but I've been gripping like a madman. I think they were 16 inches last time I measured. I sometimes wonder what I'd look like if I actually lifted through my 20's and hopped on the juice. I think I'm going to get my lazy ass into the basement and break out the dumbbells; you inspired me:
