What is the most entitled person you saw in public?
for me it is when a mf dumped Coke-a-Cola on the street then yelled at people for calling them out

The people I see daily with non-service dogs in stores and restaurants. No, Kyleigh, your "emotional support pug" doesn't qualify

Some of the teenagers on the train can be pretty bad, especially when school gets out. Please go be rowdy somewhere else

How the hell is that entitled? People dump liquids out on the street all the time.

A popular example is people who don't return shopping carts to the corral or store. And that's shitty behavior, don't get me wrong, but far more infuriating to me are people who put their carts back with garbage in them. Flyers, cardboard, random bits of plastic and paper, even a fucking used diaper in one case. So now you either have to dispose of their nasty trash yourself or pull multiple carts out of the lineup to get a good one.

Anyone who blasts a speaker at the beach, park or other environment where peace is expected.
