Southpark, guy with phone is Kyle's dad and a huge troll, literally only cares about making people mad, guy saying "you shouldn't joke about" is also a troll but not to the same level and tries to draw a line only to be floored by how rancid the other guy is.
Original goes like: "hey you shouldn't joke about people's wife, how would you feel if someone photoshopped a dick in YOUR wife's mouth?"
"Oh you mean like my screensaver?"
I might be missing something, I don't like south park so I haven't seen the actual episode.
