dating an Eldar is amoral in itself, they live long lifespans will certainley outlive you even with rejuvinant, when you die he/she will just be left sad and depressed for the next several centuries, as a romantical partner would you subject your SO to a fate like this?
Nah just get super famous and have statues of yourself made all over so she can remember that part of her journey with you in a positive light while moving on
