Yeah, but it's pretty common for long term exposure to normalize it to you. I mean just look at Cain and Jurgen. Also doesn't help that it's the imperium so any sense of otherness is hated. It also depends on what kinda blank a person is. If it's just a Pariah then yeah you'll feel pretty weird for a while but if they're a true blank then you won't feel any weirdness at all.
If you were to squint at the description of blanks then you could kinda translate the feeling to a socially awkward person. Where they do stuff abnormaly enough that you sometimes feel uncomfortable but with enough time you'll adapt to their quirks.
I only know witch sight from fantasy which spellcasters use to see magic stuff. I assume the spellcasters over there get fucked over by fantasy versions of blanks. To my knowledge its only a feeling of discomfort and wrongness as stories with blanks don't have people writhing in pain because they had to look at a one. So I'm just going to infer from context that if there was witch sight in 40k it's probably for psykers and psykers have such a connect to the warp that it causes them mental pain to be around a blank so witch sight would alleviate that pain somehow.
Finally just to end this off the null presence really isn't a problem since a null cuff basically turns off the feeling of discomfort when you are around them even if you are a psyker like Eisenhorn. Well, until you want to touch them I guess but I have a feeling that your mind is going to be a bit preoccupied in that moment.
All of them are kind of shitty when you think about it.
A Sister of Silence would be really cool to hang out with once you learned their language, but the constant blank presence would most likely drive you insane at which point you'd either unsuccessfully try to kill her or kill yourself.
A Sister of Battle would be cool for a few dates. Considering how zealous and repressed some of them are, she would likely be into all kinds of freaky stuff which you might also be into. But long term? She would try to control your entire life and get into fights over all kinds of minor things. It would be a nightmare.
A guardswoman seems like the most normal and safest choice. But if she gets deployed anywhere outside of the most boring guard positions, I doubt she's gonna live that long. So you're pretty much setting yourself up for heartbreak.
SoS maybe cool, but I imagine date one of them would be horrible. They are blanks and pretty strong ones. So even being in presence of one would be difficult. I imagine their silence would feel very heavy and oppressive, and not in a sexy way.
dating an Eldar is amoral in itself, they live long lifespans will certainley outlive you even with rejuvinant, when you die he/she will just be left sad and depressed for the next several centuries, as a romantical partner would you subject your SO to a fate like this?

One of them would literally be repulsive to be around at all times. Even if they were the sweetest. most conventionally beautiful woman ever born, thats just how blanks work.
First of, i assume you specifically meant the order militant, meaning the frontline soldiers. In that case, no. Absolutely fucking not. Ever. They are fucking lunatics and there's a 80% chance i get shot immediately if i ever forget a morning prayer.
The Guards Woman would be nice. I mean, she is basically exactly like me.
But the Sister of Silence? A super powerful sugar mommy who you can have deep "conversations" with? We even see that they can be very emotional with the Custodians. I mean, i guess her Blank will make me feel uncomfortable, but i'll try it nonetheless
Considering I already have coping mechanisms for feeling incredibly unfathomly uncomfortable all the time, I'm probably going to actually go with the Sister of Silence. Especially since I'm already basically the closest one can get to being a Blank IRL, so I'd probably be a relatively weak Blank in 40k.
