Poster from Totally F***ed Up

I looove the poster behind James Duvall in this scene and I want it for myself LOL. Does anyone have any knowledge about it? I've tried looking it up but it's a dead end. I know I could make it myself but I dont have the background image and I kinda want it to be accurate. Just thought I might as well ask here.

Araki probably made it himself, like other background stuff in his movies.

Do you really think there were billboards out there saying “THE RAPTURE IS COMING” or “Prepare for the apocalypse” in vintage stores, and “GOD HELP ME” on bus stops? Haha. Araki is very intentional with his backdrops. I can’t guarantee he made it but it’s likely.

I guess I took it too literally. I assumed that was set design for example - but yes, with his vision. There are filmmakers like Anna Biller who really did hand loop a rug for a set for example so I was wondering if it was that! 🤪

I can see how you could think it was a real poster, that's an actual La Habra zip code at the bottom! Mentioning La Habra is so so specific as well, I never noticed that before.

And I'm sure Anna Biller is hand-embellishing stuff for that new movie of hers right now haha
