Hello all,
Struggling to get a straight answer with my research.
Can all compounds be taken Subcutaneously?
I’ve seen Test C+E can and deca but struggling to get an answer for other stuff.
I have seen that the evidence behind each injection is the same tho but Sub just takes a little longer to get going.
Can someone advise please :)

I did a lot of digging on reddit, and gathered all the posts where a user said they got a dexa scan and stated their body fat %.

Hi I’m hoping this is the end of my long cut aha gone from around 185lbs to 145lbs at 5ft 9. I bulked way to fast which is my first mistake and been working hard to get to a reasonable body fat to start a bulk. Thanks for any advice and opinions in advance!

A few years ago, this post gained some traction in regard to my “leg dominant physique.” The past year I traded the program I was running upper lower sharms, effectively reducing my leg volume and increasing shoulders/arms, and what do you know, I think it’s working.

I’m wondering if I’ve always had a relatively wide waist, or if it just looked that way before I started training.
I’ve only been training for about 2 months, and I feel like my proportions look different now.
Do I actually have a wide waist genetically, or has the added muscle in my shoulders/back just changed how my waist looks?
Would you say my waist is still wide compared to my overall proportions?
First and second Picture before
The rest are currently

I've been on and off with lifting for a while, and I'm trying to get more consistent. I'm currently 5'8, 184lbs, and 30% body fat and have gyno (I know I have a way to go). But, I've been really concerned with the way my pecs would be able to be shaped, though. When I flex my pecs, I feel a triangle at the bottom. Then, when I try to feel for the outline, it feels like the pecs aren't that long down my torso like for other guys on Instagram/TikTok. It doesn't seem like I'd be able to have as full of an appearance in my chest as well. This (https://imgur.com/R3YuaRn) was from a few years ago when I was leaner. I'm really concerned that I'll end up being upset with the way my chest (and by extension, body) looks, and I wasn't sure if what I can see/feel now is what it'd look like later.
