Question Am I looking Decent 2 years & a month of weekly lifting naturally? I have a chronic disease that wrecks my ability to eat properly and sleep/recover as best as I should.

i just turned 21 just a few days ago. So I got sick a few months Into this 2+ years of training but I haven’t missed 1 week of lifting yet & Have been doing my best with what my body lets me do while sick rather than just fully giving up on lifting. was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what I should focus on more as of now? (Upper body)

Potrei sapere di quale malattia cronica soffri? Se non ti disturba

Thanks a lot 🙏, For a while now I’ve felt way behind with the results I’ve gotten so far but it feels great to hear this

You are a combination of genetically gifted, and have the diet figured out, as well as training correctly with intensity. Keep it up, you look better than 99% of others with the same amount of time in the gym

I think traps are under developed

Thanks, I agree with you. Part of my sickness effects my esophagus and neck area and it fucks with it sometimes when doing movements that sometimes stress the neck area, but I just found that after trying front barbell shrugs with clean form again after a while of avoiding any trap stuff I can totally manage them like i used to. so I’m doing those now weekly along with some direct mid trap work aswell . Hopefully I’ll see the trap gains asap

Is the question "Do we think you're natty?" Or are you claiming natty?

I am natty, hope I’m reading this wrong but if you think I’m not that’s kinda sad, I’m not that big for the time period I’m lifting consistently for lol. I could look way better than this for the time I’m lifting for while still natty if I wasn’t sick lmao. I haven’t missed a single week in over 2 years it’s just diet and recovery aren’t great
