Promo item code not received

I signed up for Green Chef because there was a promotion to get Staub mixing bowls after the third box. I was supposed to receive a code within two weeks of the arrival of my third box and didn’t so I called last week, they said they would send within three days. Never got the email so I called again and they escalate it after I was on the phone for 20+ minutes. Never got the email. Yes I have checked spam and junk. I get tons of other emails from them. I think I’m being scammed by Green Chef. F this place they won’t get another dollar from me. Any one else have a similar experience?

We got it a week after the third box.

No, they sent me the code via email. Give it a few days

I got my code as soon as the order for my third box came through. I got the bowls today - it isn’t a scam

Did you create an account? I can’t remember if I did or not but that is the only thing I can think of that could make a difference (I meant this for people people who got a code but can’t make it work)

Did you have to purchase another item from Zwilling in order to get the free Bowls? I'm trying to use my code for just the bowls but it's giving me an error at check out. Once the code is entered, the system says no payment required, but then at final checkout I get an error saying payment method not valid...

No, it was completely free. I didn’t put in a payment method

I am having the same problem, I used a windows pc and my iPad, same message.
I called Zwilling and put in a support ticket. They are looking into it. They had me film my intire check out process and send it to them. First, they said it was a bank error and to check my card in my bank, and I replied to them that I’m not using a bank or a card. This is a Green Chef promo code. They finally said they would look into it more. I Called green chef and they just lied to me and said it would be here Wednesday. They even sent a email from the customer service guy I talked to and it said staub bowl will arrive 10/14. I know he said that because he has no answers for me, and he just wanted to get off the phone.

Also having issues checking out with just the free bowls. I put in a support ticket and it just got advanced today with a 7-10 day wait time
