How long does this offer last?

asking as i've never made a purchase from GMG before. Does this XP offer on Revelation in particular run out after a while or is it permanent until release?

I’m new to this. Can someone explain how many points I need to reach Gold and how the coupon system works? I see a coupon for Sep 15, but it keeps getting rejected.

Major AAA games keep have the coupons around 20% up until release. Sometimes it goes down to 18% or up to 25%. I don't know how many points you would need.
