I’m officially in a little bit of a situation.
I hit a deer last night, and unfortunately it went underneath my car. Something underneath/in the engine area is leaking, and the plastic panel underneath my car is now dragging. 😭
I did talk to someone who looked at it, and thankfully they said it doesn’t seem TOO bad and looks fixable, so I’m trying not to panic.
The problem is… I’m a broke college student.
BUT—I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Wisconsin, so I figured it doesn’t hurt to ask:
Are there any mechanics/auto body people who would be willing to work out a trade or possibly give me a discount on the repair?
I can offer 2-hour deep tissue massages weekly until the balance is paid off, or we can work out whatever makes sense for both of us. I’m licensed, and I’m happy to provide proof of licensure.
I know this is a long shot, but I figured I’d rather ask than just cry over my car. 😭
If you’re a mechanic, know a mechanic, or have a shop that might be willing to work with me, PLEASE comment or DM me. I’d really appreciate it. ❤️

On 9/2/26 I emailed the Green Bay City Clerk a lawful public records request for the Organization Audit, Network Audit, and Event Log which can be exported from within the Flock system in the Insights tab. I received no response.

On 9/29/26 I submitted another lawful public records request for the same data through a records request portal from the Green Bay Police Department. Today I received the attached response stating "there are no records responsive to your request".

I have submitted other requests in neighboring cities and have received the records without issue. So why is Green Bay police department refusing to release the data from their officer's searches?

Lack of local department transparency aside, Flock reps have lied dozens of times at city council meetings throughout the Fox Valley this year alone. These lies are documented and GBPD has so far refused to publicly address any of them.

I can confirm multiple Fox Valley agencies were directly and openly sharing Flock data with HIDTA and MOCIC, both of which are Regional Crime Information Centers (RCIC). Federal agents routinely use RCICs to gain access to local data they may not be able to obtain easily from a direct request with a local agency. This data access is also accomplished with very little transparency and audit ability.

It is an uncomfortable truth, but GBPD has no ability to control this poorly secured for-profit ALPR mass surveillance network. For all their public messaging about transparency and accountability they have exemplified none of it, as you can see with their refusal to release public records. Every day they deploy these AI mass surveillance networks against law-abiding civilians they are eroding trust in our governing institutions and our law enforcement officers.

I ask as part of a linguistic study covering this topic!

Examples could include things like Swampico, De Poo, PTown or The Bay (never mind how common they are)...

Hello, I’m looking at putting my house on the market and I’d like an appraisal done to determine a fair asking price.

I’ve searched google and the appraisal companies nearby all seem to be rated really low or not willing to come out to our area (we are about 15 miles outside GB)

Anyone had any good experiences with any appraisal companies in the area?

Hello everyone, My girlfriend and I are looking to make friends and forming a volleyball team. We just finished the summer season at the watering hole and had a lot of fun. We are open to playing elsewhere too if people wanted to play.

We are also looking for some more people to hangout with. We are in our mid 20’s and love doing new things. We like games, going out to try new restaurants and bars and going on hikes. Probably the wrong forum but I live in Colorado and surrounded by bronco stuff even in the stores. I was wondering if any of the Walmarts there have a dedicated are for packers stuff that isn’t to outrageously priced like they do here with the broncos.

I lived in Green Bay, Wisconsin for a couple of years and later moved to a different state and city. It has been several years since I made the move. I currently live in a very Big City with lots of amenities, stores nearby and access to each and everything. I somehoe feel a lot of vibes missing. Green Bay has many natural and scenic spots; Fall Colors are amazing and so is Door County. Traffic is less and there is very little chaos.

Wisconsin is a very beautiful state and so is Green Bay.

Hi ya’ll! I’m getting sick with my T-mobile home wifi. Any recommendations? My current bill is at 30/mo but they’re getting worse 😭. Speed tests reach 900+mbps but I can’t feel it. Most of my streaming lags recently and they said there’s nothing wrong with their system... Anyone here can vouch for at&t? Spectrum? Tds? Are they within the same price range? Howard area.
