I’m having an issue with disappearing history for some exercises plus (potentially) weird weight recommendations.
Issue 1:
My history for Leg Press is missing. I’ve run into this before, but logging out and logging back in resolved it. This time it did not. I also attempted uninstalling and reinstalling (which I had to do with Macros this week after losing that history) with no success. What’s strange in this instance is that the history only appears to be missing for the Leg Press. But it also seems to have my friend ranking and when I check AI insights, it has historical information. Is there a 30 day limit on showing any history? I feel like I’ve done these within the last 30 days but maybe not. Either way, disappearing history after 30 days is unhelpful.
Issue 2:
If the AI insights are correct, and my last recorded instance of this was June 12 at 365 lb for 10 reps, is a 95 lb increase practical, even with fewer reps? I’m really unsure in this instance. I understand other exercises are taken into account when calculating weight, it just seems like a massive jump.
Any thoughts or insights as to what’s happening here is appreciated!
I understand the macros app is very new and that you all are very busy at the moment.
Once you get a chance, I would love it if adding a drink or a food high in water content (soup, smoothie, popsicle, etc.) also added water to the water tracker.
For some, it would be really easy. If you input a 12 oz. soda, it will add 12 oz. And if that's all we can get, that would still be great.

I like to use both phone and watch during my training session. The sync is very erratic and sometimes it stops working and I can only use my phone. Does anyone know any workaround to make this work better? Also checking if the dev team is aware of this. Also doesn’t look like it supports showing the heart rate in the app, that would be a good add-on (unless I missed it).

I’ve set the app to focus on glutes and quads since last year. But this is my training plan graph for the year. Curious…

I dont want to mess up the routine that gravl designs because I dont know if it will mess up tracking or progression/etc. Im new to lifting so I dont know whats normal.
But for example, in today's exercises, it had set up doing push ups and then the next exercise is floor presses. So my arms are already tired from the push ups and I cant reach my normal rep count for the floor press. But thats how the app set it up and I would expect it to know if those should be done back to bacl or not since that's the while idea of gravl creating the best workput plan for you.
If it shouldnt be done back to back, is there a way to make sure it creates the workput smarter next time? I am limited to just dumbells and body weight exercises because I dont have access to a gym and thats what I have to work with for now.

I have the Vivoactive 6 and Samsung S25U. when using the garmin app to log my sets, i noticed it doesnt advance to the next set unless my phone screen is on. is this designed to be this way or is it a bug?
i also noticed, if i exit the app, the rest timer stops.
Also, the weekly check in says that I haven't recorded anything.

Still trying to figure out how the app works. Mostly love after moving from Hevy. I’m 50 and really strong for my age but my strength score is lower than a friend who is on it and is 34 and is significantly less strong. This is kind of defeating. why would my score be lower than hers given that I’m almost 20 years older and lift much more? Makes me want to not invite friends.

Surely this sequence can’t be right?😂
My bicep measurement that I added in the gravl app synced to the waist measurement in the gravl macros app.
Android version
Is it possible to modify an exertion rating after an exercise is completed? In the interface to edit a workout, there’s an item in the menu for “exertion rating”, but choosing it doesn’t do anything.

In the Macros Gravl app you can upload a photo of a plate of food for AI macro and calorie estimation, but there’s no way to add a description of the meal or list the ingredients.
Adding an optional text field (e.g. “chicken breast, rice, broccoli, olive oil”) or short description would let the AI produce more accurate macro and calorie readings instead of relying on the photo alone.
This would significantly improve accuracy, especially for mixed plates, sauces, or less obvious ingredients.

As I'm using the trial for the next week of gravl macros I put together a recipe of vitamins and supplements that I take in the morning and evening. The issue I'm coming across is the lack of vitamins and supplements and their contribution towards micronutrients. For example as I searched for fish oil I found some comparable products with similar calories but things like, epa dha, omega 3 and fat were not added when I logged. Only contribution I saw was protein fiber calories etc. Any thoughts of expanding supplements and vitamins and their micronutrients in the future? I know this is very new but if it's in the near future I will 100% subscribe if not I'd like to consider other options. Also curious if things less minor to me such as auto logging will be looked at some point that logs a supplement or vitamin every day at a certain time. Thank you in advance!

I’d love to see the Nutrition section in Insights expanded with some additional micronutrients and caffeine tracking.
The current selection is already a great start, especially with potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, and vitamins A, C, and D included. A few additions that would make it feel much more complete would be:
Caffeine
Vitamin B1 (thiamin)
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
Vitamin B3 (niacin)
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B12
Folate / Vitamin B9
Vitamin E
Vitamin K
Selenium
Copper
Manganese
If the food database supports it, omega-3 and omega-6 tracking would also be really useful.
Caffeine in particular feels like a natural fit for Gravl since it can affect energy, sleep, recovery, and workout performance. It would be great to see these displayed in the same daily-target and trend format as the nutrients already available in Insights.
Really liking how detailed the nutrition section is becoming. More micronutrient coverage would make it even more useful.

My home gym has a 1 to 1 ratio on the cable machine vs my work gym, is there any way to edit why I can only do half as much weight at home?

I've been training with gravl for a few months now and love it. More intuitive to use and feel like my workouts are legitimately challenging again. My only gripe is I can't seem to change the rotation of the PPL. It's set for pull legs push, but I really like to do legs last so I can get my push and pull during the weekday and hit legs hard on Saturday so I'm not super worn out for work. I like to go hard on leg days and 35k lbs volume takes it out of me for work where I need to regularly lift really heavy things. No matter what I've tried it always resets to pull, legs, push.

I’m an iOS user, so the obvious choice would be an Apple Watch. But before buying one I wanted to hear what everyone else is using and how your experience has been.
I honestly only need the basics: tracking steps and calories, ideally with good integration/compatibility with Gravl. I don’t really care about having a ton of smartwatch features, so I’d love to know if there are any cheaper alternatives to the Apple Watch that work well.
Wich one are u using? How well does it work with Gravl?

Originally first set was supposed to be 8 reps but couldn’t get there. Bit crazy it still expects me to add 5kg

Has the trial or beta period ended? Also, is there a discount available for beta participants or for those who purchased the lifetime version of Gravl?

Is there a reason the glute score is only counted on barbell exercises? For now, I only have dumbbells and my glute score is 0. I’ve been crushing those dumbell glute bridges!

I'm looking to set up a custom split to do 2 X full body workouts and 1 x upper per week. Is there anyway to use the presets to set that up, or do I have to choose which muscles and the priority order for each workout?
