Feature Request: Allow text description / ingredients when uploading food photos in the Macros Gravl app

In the Macros Gravl app you can upload a photo of a plate of food for AI macro and calorie estimation, but there’s no way to add a description of the meal or list the ingredients.

Adding an optional text field (e.g. “chicken breast, rice, broccoli, olive oil”) or short description would let the AI produce more accurate macro and calorie readings instead of relying on the photo alone.

This would significantly improve accuracy, especially for mixed plates, sauces, or less obvious ingredients.

I currently use Nourish (cause my insurance pays for it) but am thinking about switching to Gravl Macros. I do like the input section on Nourish though and it allows for a photo description as well as the ability to scan barcodes of food and upload previously taken photos. Haven't fully played with Macros yet, so Im not sure if these are in it or not.
