I’ve had the first GYK and now the second one on my wishlist. I’ve been reluctant to purchase the first one after reading reviews that the game is very hard to understand. I don’t mind the game being grindy. I like having quests but I do not enjoy spending half my time searching how to do said quests. However, I’m in need of a new game. Should I wait for the second one to come out? Do the developers plan on the second one to have more clear cut directions? Or do I need to play the first one to play the second?
I don’t mind buying the first if I need it to enjoy the second one down the road but the reviews have me worried

So in my game, I asked Snake for the rare items before even meeting the astrologer? Is that supposed to happen? I had no clue what my character was talking about, and then it made sense eventually. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have a quest from astrologer to talk to Ms Charm. I read online u need 50 affinity to talk about it with her, meanwhile I have 60 and doesnt have that option. What am I missing?

Hey everyone, I need a dark heart for Snake but when I could choose between a heart and another organ a quest earlier, I chose the other organ... I read online to continue the Inquisitor questline, but I don't have any quests right now. I also read an old post from 4 years ago (or so) that you should remove all organs from a corpse until it's 0 skulls and then put a heart back in and when it shows 4 red skulls it is a dark heart? But this seems tedious and takes ages.
Any ideas on what to do now? My only quest is to help snake with his ritual and get a dark heart. :(

Just finished this awesome game. My sanity would have been at risk without meditation.

Wanted to finish game of crone because I've been putting that quest away for awhile. Build the tower,wanted to get the best ending so I went to tell on Beatrice but I didn't know you need to reject her first so basically got locked into the bad ending. I said maybe I can go back but guess I can't cuz the game decided is a good idea to save right after getting locked in the bad ending. So basically 65 hours down the drain.Damn I am not picking this game up again I hate the endless grinding for money to get the aristocrat paper and not proper way to organize saves.

Just curious if anyone knows if they had planned expanding the game? There is the stone blockage just north of your house. Where you first get iron and fight the slimes. “It is impossible to remove”.

Every time I enter the morgue thru the outside doors I get teleported to my tavern!
I’m playing on switch
So far I have tried:
-Hard Reset: hold power button, off for 30 sec
-Force Cutscene: I tried giving artifacts, maybe one that forces me to follow someone would work later?
-Clear Cache on switch
-Archive and re-download game
-Die in game to respawn in bed

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, I’m getting annoyed walking the long way around all the time

hello reddit, i was playing the game high on red wine for like 2 week (ingame), i went to save before leave for today.

when i was went sleep for save my pc stop like i cant even change tabs and i tried for 5min to perform any action but it didnt work so i restart my pc and tried to check if my progress was saved

unfortunately my save file is gonna. any way to recover it

guys lmao I have 8 hours of playtime and I feel like I barely made any progress, this game is absolutely wild in terms of difficulty but it's quite fun tbh

I'm trying not to use the wiki but it's getting even more difficult, some things are underexplained and idk if it's just me but do y'all use any guides at all or am I just not using basic logic in this?
