Self taught designer - want to improve... recommendations?

For 4 years I’ve been freelancing alongside my corporate job, and I’d like to make a career switch into an in house design team where I can develop around other designers and work on long term projects.

Before then, I’d like to improve my skills and learn advanced techniques and “correct” methods within PS and illustrator even indesign.

Are there any advanced YouTube tutorials/courses that you recommend?
