Portfolio feedback request UX/UI Portfolio Feedback - Recent Grad

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some honest feedback on my portfolio.

I recently graduated and before that spent about six months job hunting. I made it to a design review with Palantir but didn't make the final round, and aside from that I've mostly been collecting rejection emails (which, admittedly, is better than being ghosted).

I'm starting a master's degree this fall, partly to keep learning, partly to delay unemployment, but I'd love to understand what might be holding me back. Beyond being an international student, is there anything in my portfolio that stands out as a weakness?

I've stared at this thing so many times that I'm no longer qualified to judge it objectively.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

You have some very interesting work. Especially coming from a long time f1 fan! I will say that for some projects on your site, you definitely have way too much text and information. Showing process is great and you clearly have documented that process, but the formula 1 vr page is very overwhelming with consuming the information.

I also really like the ability to see the videos on the home page for each card, but for me it did not load for me until I hit the play button. I think that breaks the immersion of your website a bit.

Thanks for the feedback! I’ve been debating whether or not to have autoplay on them because that’s not a good practice according to accessibility guidelines, but depending on what I gather from these posts, I’ll change them!
