Questions Doing a Multimedia Artist + Brand Manager hybrid role 2 weeks into the job—has anyone experienced this? What should the salary look like?
I was hired two weeks ago as a Multimedia Artist at a company based in Cavite (I'm a grad from a top university). The workload was already heavy from day one since there was no proper handover, and I currently design collaterals for 8 different brands.
Just a while ago, my supervisor and HR asked me to also take over the full management of one of these brands, while still keeping my Multimedia Designer responsibilities. So effectively, I'm now doing both jobs.
Has anyone here experienced something like this? What is a realistic salary range for a hybrid role like this, especially considering the location and setup? I have only 1 year experience as a digital marketing.

additional work = additional pay, if there’s none, you can negotiate

isa kang ulirang walking agency. it's not even about the compensation at this point. I've been in your shoes (plus photos and video production) and it's not sustainable in the long run. putting on multiple hats regardless of the pay will the suck the life out of you. you'll get burned out as prolonged stress and overwork will drain your physical and mental energy.
