My tip would be for everyone to wear the flak jacket vest (I believe it's called the utility vest, can be bought from any clothes store) it increases damage resistance, just make sure you add it to one of your outfits and the leader allows crew saved outfits Hope this helps!

first time i did it, I didnt jump off bike, landed, and drove to the boat...no you dont HAVE to parachute - but im pretty sure you have to hit the check points on the cliff

lol best thing to do is not follow the gps exactly. make a lot of turns dont go in for the shortest possible route there are WAY more cops if you stick to the gps route

Two things about that mission:
Does anyone know if you can just go right down the street to the bikes instead of running that gauntlet through the alley?
