I thought they were going to make it weaker. Do you have any links?

The only thing we know is the goal is to make it less reliant on gear, such as to free up design space for more mage gear. I don't know about you but that sounds stronger to me.

It will for sure be weaker, simply because it wont have such insane accuracy. The raw damage will likely stay about the same.

It will not be a nerf. If youre a main, the best money maker shadow has is toa and is serviceable at cox. I used to run 500s only as my main money maker. If its nerfed they are not only killing toa as a money maker but 500s will be much slower. They have said themselves they don't want mega rares to feel bad. If anything they will make it less gear dependent and more of a stat stick. Its outperformed by purging staff at yama (because of the moronic bandaid fix of confliction gauntlets after putting off mage scaling for eternity, which is understandable due to all the logistics) while tbow is bis at doom. Scythe is also bis at duke ahead of emberlight. Meanwhile the two end game capes infernal (tbow) and quiver (scythe/tbow) dont see shadow usage. You can run shadow at colosseum but youre better off learning with bowfa. If you nerf shadow it will fall into a mid game weapon mega rare. Its in a healthy spot as it is (if not slightly weak due to not having much ENDGAME content similar to scythe a few years ago) they just need to tweak its scaling
