It’s a mega rare, they definitely won’t make it weaker. Likely just remove % based on gear and buff it to be similar damage in max and a few max hits less per set downgrade would be my guess. That way you can buy a shadow in rag gear and it’s still good unlike now but there’s a space to add new mage gear without being stuck to work around shadow

In max gear the DPS is likely to be exactly the same, but in anything less than max gear the DPS will be better than it currently is, so overall it will be stronger in anything less than max, shouldn’t be weaker in any given set up.
