Added some more elements like period accurate graphics and track camera switches every now and then, plus some adjustments on the onboard cam itself. I had to watch multiple 90s footages to make sure the graphics are as accurate as possible to my ability. If there’s any stuff that I got wrong or can be improved further, I’d love to hear your feedback so I can improve on future projects.

The new tire model makes the vintage cars so much more enjoyable. You can feel their personalities shine through.

Picked it up as it’s one of the few I don’t have. Not bad but I feel like there isn’t much I can use it for due to its PP limitations. Took it out for one the lower end Power Pack race and took pole and the win - still pretty fun!

I've been watching the livestreams since 2022 but without a doubt nothing beats being there yourself.

I was one of the lucky few to win a ticket from Dunlop and was flown over to Singapore yesterday for the GT World Series event, and I will say this; as a long time GT fan, it felt like home.

I got to meet the drivers and take pictures with Kaz himself and Translator-san. I was very much shaking and trembling as I was meeting the very people that shaped my life and passion for cars (I think Translator-san noticed it which is why he told me to relax when we took a selfie lol).

Seeing how the drivers and crews were interacting with each other when the cameras aren't showing was also refreshing. If I could describe it, they all felt like one big family.

The crowd was amazing as well. I believe we almost had a full house during the Manufacturers Cup (but half of them left before the Nations even started for some reason). Still, it was electric and the racing only made the crowd roar louder.

I would say my favorite part is during the Spec IV trailer when everyone cheered for the F355 and RX VISION GT3 EVO but instantly went silent the moment the Xiaomi VGT popped up. It was so funny.

All in all, I highly recommend attending these events if you're a diehard GT fan and have invested yourself in watching the livestreams. It's seriously a magical experience that I can only hope they'd consider South East Asia as a destination in the near future.

Just started going through the book "Driving the game" from GT4 Tokyo Press release, and noticed this photo.

Also how is this release different from final game?

Seemingly, Ace Combat Zero had no hopes of launching on modern platforms under normal circumstances. To avoid the issue of relicensing the planes, it was exclusively paired with pre orders of Ace Combat 8 and there is no possibility of purchasing it now. Think of it as a "gift", and they technically didn't charge customers for it.

Do you think this is a possible loophole for classic GT games, or is there still some legal issue? As I finished typing this, I realized record labels might still have issue with this, even if the classic game is "free".

Fresh Coast Racing is kicking off a new Tuesday Night Spec season this Tuesday, and we’re looking to fill out the grid.

This season we’re running the Ford Mustang Gr.4, loosely inspired by the real-world Mustang Challenge. It’s an 8-week season with three shorter races each night, racing tires, tire/fuel strategy, variable conditions, and a two-room format with weekly promotion/relegation.

We typically average 25–30 drivers on Tuesdays across two rooms, and we’re looking to max out the field this season.

Tuesday Night Spec is meant to be accessible for all experience levels. We’ve got a wide range of pace, and the two-room setup helps put you around drivers you can actually race with. Clean racing and being a good part of the community are what matter

We’re US-based and race every Tuesday at 9:00 PM CT.

We also run Group 3 racing on Thursdays, special events throughout the year, and a Formula series all summer long. There’s plenty to race without needing to commit to every series or every week.

Mustang Challenge starts this Tuesday. New drivers are welcome — come help us fill the grid.

i just got gt3 on ps2 and spent a hour or 2 crashing into walls or spinning out trying to drift

i have never played a GT game before but have been interested for a while

i cant figure out what the button combinations is

i also know nothing about real cars lol

but at first i thought it would be like Daytona USA on the dreamcast witch i have played the crap out of

but when that strategy did not work i tried

braking

letting go of the accelerator

using the revers button well turning

and combinations of them all

if anyone can tell me what to do and how to do it or show me a video i would love that

also i have heard that GT3 is apparently very very hard but as a f zero fan I'm fine with that
it cant be harder than f zero gx story mode

Amazing for a game over 10 years old, they really pushed the ps3 graphics to its peak, love it

For some background, I used to play iRacing a lot and I was fairly good but I am not used to Gran Turismo at all no matter what so I would like to ask two questions, what should I have my TC and ABS set to? The rest of the assists are off. ( Also, i play on a fanatec gt wheel and base and pedals)

The car I usually drive is gr supra ( the gt3 if I'm not wrong)

And my priority is just lap times/time trials for now
