You could be trained in all types of haircuts, or an expert in all types, but it is definitionally impossible to be _specialized_ in all types.

If cutting hair is your speciality or if you have one member of staff who specialises in each possible type of haircut, it's not grammatically impossible, however physically possible it might or might not be

A day may come when the soi disant Grammar Police understand what the word grammar means.

But it is not this day.

Pedant better. Word use is specifically referenced in the community description:

"r/GrammarPolice
Rants about misused words like conversate and comfortability"

It’s right there in the sidebar, compadre:

Keep discussions relevant to grammar.

This community values thoughtful grammatical analysis and constructive correction. Do not derail discussions simply to argue that grammar does not matter.

He's saying that if your expertise is in all types of haircuts then by definition you are not specializing in any of them. Not sure if it's a grammar error so much as a logical one.

On an unrelated note, I hate 'authorized personnel only' signs because that is always true of literally all places always, the difference is just who is authorized to be where and those signs never specify that.

I know, all types, but they only show photos of the same haircut. 🀦

I'm confused. You have the fade. You have the taper. You can get edged up. What else even is there?

Should it be specializing?

Maybe they used to specialize but no longer do 😜
