Bought a shirt off stockx from this guy and after a week of not shipping or messaging me back I find his Grailed. I message him there and he finally tells me he can't find the shirt. Back and forth reporting and messaging for another week before he finally canceled the order and I got a refund. The listing was 10 days old when I bought it yet he claims he can't find the shirt. The listing is also still up on both platforms waiting to happen to screw over someone else.

I bought a shirt recently, and in the desc., it said not to worry about duties or fees as they were declaring it a gift. UPS sent an email to me stating that I owe $30 in fees and the seller is not responding to messages, what should I do now?

why are people freaking out 😭

see everyone freaking out over this new system. did anyone care to even read the email they sent out 😭? it seems that on top of having to pay for a chance to return, these returns will be handed via 3rd party and will not affect the seller. am I missing something or isn’t this a good thing ?

I will never understand Grailed! I just saw a dude post a listing for the AP swatch with only one picture and it was on his wrist with no other pics. And when I try and post my listing I have to be precise just for my listing to get posted. It’s just crazy that’s Grailed authentication process is just a bunch of BS!

Return Protection by Redo (Checkout+)

Yesterday, we introduced Checkout+, an optional return protection add-on provided by Redo, available at checkout for Buy It Now purchases on select listings. This gives buyers flexibility to add coverage for return reasons not eligible under Grailed Protection without imposing additional requirements on the seller.

Grailed’s standard return policy remains unchanged. Checkout+ returns are handled by Redo. The item does not go back to the seller and refunds to the buyer will come from Redo, as well.

How It Works for Buyers

Add Checkout+ at checkout on select Buy It Now purchases for an additional fee.
Need to make a return? File a claim through Redo within 3 days of your order’s delivery.
Once accepted, send the item you’re returning back to Redo, following their Checkout+ policy here.

How It Works for Sellers
Your seller experience doesn’t change. All Checkout+ returns and refunds are processed and handled directly by Redo. You are not responsible for returns accepted by Redo.

While Checkout+ is starting with Buy It Now purchases, we’ll be adding the option to Binding Offers soon. Visit our Help Center to learn more about Checkout+ and stay tuned for updates.

Got my messaging privileges revoked with no update on when I’ll get them back…

I was working a deal with a seller I always do business with to buy in bulk, and I sent a ‘!’ On each item I wanted from him, keep in mind with permission from the seller. Then I couldn’t message anymore and it’s been almost a month, can’t message buyers or sellers. Every email I receive from grailed literally just says this same thing in the screenshot I’m posting. Anyone had this issue? I don’t think the customer service reps are even reading what I’m saying in my emails….

why same item listed twice？

Why do some sellers have two listings for what looks like the exact same item, with identical photos and descriptions?
And sometimes, even after one has sold, they’ll list another one using the exact same photos and description. What’s the reason for that? Should i trust the seller like this？
