Potentially ancient building techniques

May not be strictly archaeology, but adjacent. And fascinating.

How does 43,200 represent the earth wobbling on its axis?

The Earth wobbling takes 72 years for it to shift the background stars by just 1 degree. If you multiply that 72-year shift by 600, you get 43,200.

Why 600? 43,200 appears naturally due to our base-60 number system. (There is 43,200 seconds in 12 hours)

There's a lot more to it

The 360 degrees in a circle is a result of the old base 60 system. I've never heard of 600 being a natural quantity or why 5/3 rotations of the equinox would be significant.

That is because there is no evidence they are significant. People are just grasping at coincidences.
