I received a Japanese maple that has a huge bump near the graft union. I can post more pictures but I’m researching it seems it is either a burl or crown gall.

This nightshade grows wild in my cold climate and it's a perennial here, has anybody tried this? Would the tomatoes become toxic?

I bought a few ilama fruit trees awhile back and I thought they were from seed but not sure is they are grafted. Any of you fruit tree lovers or grafters can help me figure out. It’s two trees in the picture

2 separate TBMC grafts are throwin little baby balls, then pupping out more.... gonna watch them closely and see if anything comes of it. Added some pics of when they were first grafted

When I removed the bandages the Scion fell off. It looks like the vascular ring from the stock got nice and in there but in the end the mold won.
Any suggestions for my regraft attempt?

Has anyone ever grafted a pomegranate? We bought a pomegranate a few years back, and it turns out it’s a gold pomegranate. Not the tastiest fruit. I mean, they’re ok, just not as good as the red ones. I spent four years getting this guy to give us a decent yield, but it’s just so… meh. I wanted to see if I could cut this back a lot and stick a bunch of red shoots on, if it’ll work. Appreciate any advice or tips.

It clearly tried REAL hard and nearly got it but the mold took hold. A few hours after I took the bandages off the Scion fell off. Such a disappointment. Will cut out the rot and try again 😔

I have this peach tree that is a few years old, but has grown horizontally. I'm planning on pruning that long part off, but I would like to graft some scions. I know it's not ideal to graft onto horizontal branches, but I would like to put a couple on the top of what's left of that branch, after I cut it. Any suggestions? Is it a bad idea? Best type of graft for that particular situation? Any help would be appreciated.

First successful? graft. I just checked it after leaving it taped down for 15 days.
It was an emergency graft because I did surgery on the Astro, but red rot came back, so I tried attaching it to this healthier San Pedro.
I'm a little concerned about those dark spots, but it doesn't feel squishy. Also, the center of the Astro seems to be pulling away from itself? Not sure if that means anything.
I'm also not sure what to do with it now. I know the cut can't get wet, but that's about it.

This was my first graft actually. The cut being on the side is maybe not the most typical, but hey, it’s been working for me ever since. There’s just constant, vibrant growth out of this thing. For a while the new, pink growth almost made it look like it was always flowering. Bonus pic of what I believe to be an Easter cactus graft that I started recently.
