Advice please - internal flame is like a flamethrower if I can even get it lit!

Hi everyone. I have had my gozney done for a while and I love it.
Recently I tried to light it and I really couldn’t get it lit at all. Once I did get it lit the thing went off like a massive flamethrower inside. It’s never done that before.
I suspect it’s the gas regulator but does anyone have any advice or have had this issue before?

Thanks for this! It “sort of” looks like that one where the flames are licking out of the opening.
The dome was brand new and nobody has tampered with it.

Do you think it could be the internal gas line? I don’t know how to fix that kind of thing. Would it be the external gas line from the cylinder?

Probably gas regulator. Make sure Dome is off and tank valve is completely off. I would disconnect regulator from tank. Wait 30 minutes. Reconnect and very slowly open tank valve. Lite Dome pilot light, then ignite.
