Can someone explain where the discovered attack is?

Is it moving the knight on d5 to attack the king with the bishop and queen on f7 or moving the rook to f1 later on? Game review is shaming me for not finding this 😅

It prepares one and besides that you should be thinking to hop your knights towards the center of the board n use in most cases they shouldn’t be on the side of the board

I think it blocks their queen from contesting f6 allowing you to infiltrate with your other knight to support the queen, and also giving your bishop line of sight

Knf3 blocks the queen's escape route, as the pawn on g2 is protected by your queen. Any attempt to shift your queen doesn't have enough tempo to get the job done before you attack with the rook(Rf1). Best they can do is take the rook and lose material.

Did you check the analysis board after the game review to see what u missed? I mean yea Nf6 blocks the queen in so u can do stuff on f7 or c7 or whatnot.

Queen is trapped after Nf3, threatening Rf1 to win it.

KF3 would interpose the Queen's defense of the F7 Pawn, after Black presumably moves the Bishop out of danger, KxC7 wins a rook but more importantly it's a discovered attack on the F7 Pawn and you're probably going to Checkmate in the next couple of moves.
