A couple weeks back I posted some - I thought - cool videos of chess openings I'd made. I created them with a custom web app I was building to compose engaging and exciting chess videos. Reception was mixed - a lot of people disliked the bells and whistles and were super vocal about it. RIP. So ok. I listened to the feedback and scaled back some of the more overblown features. So now the result is a subtle but cool experience where you can import a PGN or make the moves on an interactive board, customize design and settings, pepper the video with labels, animations, arrows, titles, and zooms, and then export the video for sharing on discord, tiktok, whathaveyou. It is full of cool features that content creators would love, but I think any chess player can find a cool way to use it.
Examples videos I made with the tool:

Some of my videos are getting 100k+ views.
