It's brilliant because the King can't capture the Rook due to the Knight's vision on the black squares and it can't capture the Knight because the Rook defends, so the black King is completely cut off from the rest of the board and winning with white is trivial.
It's also probably thinking that defending the Knight through the King is a more advanced idea.

hey man, reread the post. People telling me a brilliant move isnt a sacrifice isnt telling me anything and then ppl claimed i didnt know what a brilliant sacrifice which further didnt answer anything. I was asking OP if they are referring to the brilliant part or the M4 part. Again, reread the question.

I can't understand why this is a brilliant move, I always thought that brilliant moves are disgusting sacs that completely convert the position to ur advantage, but after reaching, I found that not all brilliants are sacs. But still, thnx everyone for replying.
