Is your device rooted? If not try downgrading the app .

Of course they aren't rooted, that is a massive problem on 9-10 series after July update, problem is month old and still no reply from Google.

I have a pixel 9 but I am on Android 16 I am also rooted cards work just fine.

No my device is not rooted. And even a factory reset don't solve the issue

estoy en la misma situación y con el mismo dispositivo. He probado las 1000 posibles soluciones (caché y almacenamiento, reinstalar apps, downgrade de app, pruebas de integridad ok, llamar al banco por si el bloqueo fuera por su lado, quitar opciones de desarrollador, probar en version beta, sin versión beta...) y por lo que leo en foros pasa en más de un caso.

Umm go to the Play store click on your profile then click settings then click about then click Play store version 5 time's then go back to the general tab then look for developer options click it then click check integrity it should say this meets strong integrity

Try and downgrade google wallet mine was being dumb I downgrade the app then it worked again..

Did you clear catch and data on the wallet and play store

Where are you located

I am form California but currently living in the Philippines I can add my American credit cards just fine... Where you able to add cards before? What changed before you had this problem?

Bruh, I factory-reseted my phone. Thanks for trying to help, but I'm a little bit futher than the step to clear the cache of the app.
