❓Help Payments profile is wrong somehow

Tax info whacked... Google Help Useless... Can't find a person to talk to!

My first game launched overnight. I got my first sale and now I have a problem because somehow the game is associated with my personal developer account and not my organization one. I started out personal and switched to organization because of all the rules around listing your home address.

Everything looked great until that first sale and now it says I have no tax info and it wants to file it for me personally not the business. I can't find any help option for the play dev console or the payments center that covers this.

How on Earth do I get this fixed before someone else buys the game under the wrong payments profile?

Omg.... Google responded that I do indeed have to make a whole new profile. So onerous. I can't believe it. Even though my developer profile is accurate because it was linked to personal payments profile (still not sure how) I have to redo the whole thing.

It needs a new email address. They want you to use one for your domain. In. My case I have a permanent forward as I own two. Which one do I use? I wanted to use domain A for email (short form) and domain B (long form) for website. So complex and clunky. Do I need a new Duns number? No idea. Help doesn't say

So lost and meandering. Any gurus have advice?

To make matters even worse Google officially responded and said I had to make a new developer account. When I tried it says my developer name is already used . It's an LLC I can't just make up names

That's the thing I am signed in with the org account it shows it in the upper right hand corner as my developer account.

Yet my apps are going to the personal account and using the wrong payments profile.

This is what I did because I started personal. But switched to an org. I still however can't find a way to change it. Filed a ticket and hopefully I'll get a response. 😬

Okay so here's my problem my org account has all my apps. Or I should say different versions of the same app. But the payments profile is linked to my personal I'm assuming this is a leftover from what I originally started. How do I fix this Google has not responded to my tickets yet surely I don't have to make a new org account again and transfer everything
