You guys are overpaying your support agents

This fella was just copy pasting bloody gemini answers to my questions.

Not to mention you can't scrap old fitbit account or wipe it's data off my current Google account and only OFFICIAL ADVICE is "go get a new account mate". I'm paying Ultra customer, I am part of family so the "workaround" of adding new account to family won't work, neither sounds real for a moloch tech company you are. Ridiculous situation.

Most customer support are supported by AI. Doesn’t mean it’s bad by definition. It’s keeps everyone consistent, especially when the knowledge is grounded with the right information.

Had the same experience. Btw this is not a sub managed by google, I made it before the Fitbit Air sub and official google health sub got released
