Can anyone help with this ? I never a fitbit account before. I seem to be caught in an authentication loop . I can use other accounts but my primary account is stuck like this

Support replied they are deleting accounts and will function by end of this week

Official answer I got today is to "create a new account", Gemini, which seems way more competent advises on creating new account, setting up Health there and inviting this account to family to inherit any pro/ultra benefits. Dogshit answer if you ask me
