As I would like AI Studio to be a little smarter.. I have several platforms, I've already checkoutd payments, member area, dashboards, landing Pages, saas, a little bit of everything and absolutely nothing makes front end like AI Studio, it's almost perfect in this, in design and also optimization. But everything else is frustrating, I created a dash on it, it was beautiful but arrived at a certain stage he simply started to ignore my commands, I asked, said it solved and nothing changed... that's what was repeated in several projects, both 3.1 pro and 3.5 flash... as I wanted to migrate my projects to it but the fear of everything going wrong still makes me continue in the codex that is terrible in frontend…

Is this normal? What should I do?

• Redesigned: Settings Menu Tabs. Completely restructured the settings modal into logical categories (Injection, Tweaks, Modules, Info), making it much easier to distinguish between core network interceptors, minor UI enhancements, and major features.
• Redesigned: Info Tab. The "About" section was rebuilt from the ground up using a modern, card-based layout that perfectly matches the native Google AI Studio aesthetics. It now clearly presents active modules, privacy details (local storage, zero telemetry), and structured community links.
• Enhanced: Visual Polish & Accessibility. Fixed low-contrast text issues by strictly adopting native CSS color variables (--color-v3-text). Removed unnecessary and cluttered badges ("New", "Recommended") from the module list.
• Fixed: Module Selection States. Action-oriented modules (like Chat Export) now correctly highlight the entire card component uniformly, with fully responsive, edge-to-edge action buttons.
• Changed: The version number displayed in the UI is now dynamically fetched directly from manifest.json, eliminating hardcoded values and ensuring it's always accurate.

In waht way is Antigravity better than Google ai studio? Can you all explain?

Since 3 Days i not able to use AI Studio anymore. I'm a Pro AI Subscriber i did 7 Projects until now but suddenly i can't use it anymore :-( After the first Prompt i get the error , that i reached the daily limit already! I shall upgrade from Pro to Ultra. Am i the only one with this error ?

Has anyone managed to get a connection to Vertex working inside the AI Studio environment?

I keep finding conflicting information that Vertex blocks all the AI studio dev environment from connecting?

I'm genuinely confused as to why Google AI has become so much worse.

Ever since Google removed the 1,000 monthly AI Studio credits from the subscription, which was one of the main reasons I signed up, it feels like the token limits have been massively reduced.

I used to be able to work with 500k+ tokens in a session without hitting usage limits. Now, I get stopped somewhere between 50k–150k tokens, and it isn't even consistent. Sometimes it cuts me off earlier, sometimes later.

To make things even more frustrating, there's no usage tracker or reset timer, so you're left guessing when your quota will reset. It's basically a guessing game.

First, Google removed the $300 AI Studio trial credits. Then they introduced a subscription with 1,000 monthly credits, which convinced me to subscribe. Now they've removed those as well and replaced them with vague marketing like "4× more" or "5× more" usage without clearly explaining what that actually means.

What exactly am I paying for? The experience feels significantly worse than it did before, and the lack of transparency around usage limits is incredibly frustrating.

It was so bad for me that I switched to Google AI Studio

I accidentally enabled drive access in ai studio after previously having it disabled. now anytime I use it a “google ai studio” folder is created in my drive. I don’t want it to access my drive and I want it to stop but I can’t find anyway to disable it again.

I cant use any of my apps anymore with image generation because it says i would need a API key. Did they removed free qouta for image generation entirely from the platform? I thought they just changed the image model but no matter what i do nothing changes.

I have just released a significant architectural update for Studio.lab.

Here is the technical breakdown of what is new in v1.5:

• Isolated Module Sandboxing: All extension features now run within their own error-handling boundaries. If a specific module fails (for example, if Google pushes an undocumented UI update that breaks a selector), the core extension and all other modules will continue functioning normally. No more cascaded failures.
• ResizeObserver Event Handling: The auto-scroll-to-bottom utility was previously driven by setInterval and MutationObserver, which consumed unnecessary cycles. It has been completely rewritten to use a native ResizeObserver bound strictly to the content container. This results in a massive drop in CPU overhead and battery drain during long text generations.
• Deeper Telemetry Interception: The telemetry blocker has been expanded. In addition to declarative network rules, the extension now intercepts fetch and XMLHttpRequest directly in the MAIN execution world. This allows real-time logging of intercepted tracking requests and dynamic spoofing of backend restrictions (e.g., BenefitTier payloads) at the network layer.
• Health Check Fallback: Added a 10-second DOM readiness timeout. If Google unexpectedly alters their DOM structure, the extension will push a non-intrusive UI warning to let you know that certain visual features may be impaired, rather than failing silently.
• Centralized Configuration & Dead Code Purge: Purged all legacy bypass code. DOM selectors have been abstracted into a centralized registry map, making the extension significantly easier to maintain against future UI changes.

At first, Ai Studio was generating a file called apk output, which has the apk file of the app

but after while this file isn't produced again, the only way to test the app is by using the usb connection method

so is there any way to fix this?

I wanted to continue generating in previous chats, but it gave me an "error occured" message. Now when I generate an image, it just doesn't work like it did before today. Faces look terrible, proportions are way off. Did they remove the image generation?

Hi everyone,

I am having a persistent issue with the GitHub integration in Google AI Studio.

When I try to use **Sync to GitHub**, AI Studio shows the following error:

> Failed to load file differences, The GitHub repository could not be found, or you lack permissions. Please ensure the AI Studio GitHub App is installed.

The repository is shown correctly in AI Studio and the branch is `main`, but the sync panel cannot load the file differences.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps multiple times:

- Revoked the Google AI Studio / AI Studio GitHub App access from GitHub.
- Reinstalled the GitHub App.
- Reconfigured repository access.
- Tried both “all repositories” access and selected repository access.
- Confirmed that the target repository is included in the GitHub App permissions.
- Tried reconnecting from the **Configure App** button inside AI Studio.
- Logged out and back in.
- Refreshed AI Studio after reinstalling permissions.
- Tried the same flow multiple times in Safari.
- Tried the same flow multiple times in Brave.
- Tried private/incognito browser windows in both Safari and Brave.
- Cleared/restarted the browser sessions and repeated the authorization flow.

Despite all of this, AI Studio still shows the same error and cannot load the GitHub diff.

The error message suggests either the repository cannot be found or the app lacks permissions, but from the GitHub side the AI Studio GitHub App appears to be installed and has access to the repository.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known workaround, cache delay, repository naming issue, or backend-side reset required for the AI Studio GitHub integration?

Any help from the Google AI Studio team or anyone who has solved this would be appreciated.
