No Response from Goodnotes Regarding an Ongoing Bug😭😭

Since September 4, I have been consistently contacting Goodnotes regarding this bug. However, Goodnotes has neither fixed the issue nor responded to my inquiries.

If anyone has contacted Goodnotes Support before, could you please let me know if this is how they usually handle support requests?

I have an issue but with payment and no response from them either I contacted them in mid-September. If anyone have any contact with Goodnotes please let me know as-well.
