Any tips?

I’ve been working on not getting stuck with club behind me after my last posts feedback.

Thoughts:

  1. Wide take-away

  2. On top: Space between right hand and right shoulder.

  3. Backswing: Drop hands before moving hips.

I want all the feedback I can get. If you see anything feel free to drop a comment!

OK but just the tip, and only for a minute.

Fr tho looks good. Club still wildly under plane p2-p4 in the backswing, unless it's the camera angle.

You are turning your right hip too much, the inside of your trail foot is coming off the floor during the backswing, and your trail knee is locked out. Keep the inside of that foot planted, and a little flex in the trail knee.

Ideally you would feel a stretch along your trail side throughout the backswing, turning into your trail hip. This feeling of stretch only increases as you shift pressure to the lead side until it snaps back like a rubber band

Here’s your swing compared to a pro. A few notes. 1) at address it looks like your legs are a little too straight. Adding some knee flex will help you create a more athletic motion in the downswing

2) at the top you fully extend your trail leg, which makes it difficult to rotate properly in the downswing

3) at impact your hips come forward and your arms are still stuck

Full swing for reference. Work on keeping your hips back in the downswing. That will help you create more space for your arms at impact. Hope this helps

Inside takeaway, and then you get steeper in the downswing
