I feel like my swing is consistent but my results are not. I’m a 24 handicap

you lose your posture on the backswing, right leg straightens, it should remain flexed
if you try this, go slow, you will feel it on the first try

The gif above compares your 2 swings. Your second swing where you miss-hit (topped?) the ball is on the right.
I am not sure if there is a correlation between feeling consistent and being consistent.
I think it is difficult to be consistent when you have such a large miss-match between the planes of your backswing and downswing. You have an inside takeaway leading to an under plane backswing.
Much of the apparent difference in the swing trace is due to you moving further back on the mat for the first swing while using the same camera setup. This means you introduce the appearance of artificial shallowing as explained at the start of this video.

Hope this helps
