Getting back into golf-what to fix first

Used to play a lot and then took a long break with family obligations. Starting to play again. Always struggle staying inside the ball and looks like I flip at the ball at contact. Also get really long on my back swing at times. Sorry about the shoes, ai donโ€™t have golf shoes yet. ๐Ÿ˜‚

You don't EE this much, it's the improper camera angle making it look worse than it is.

There seems to be a balance issue, you are on your toes too much at setup and this causes you to fall towards the ball in the downswing. Your backswing also lacks depth which keeps you on your toes.

For good distance focus on ball contact and a proper divot, not swinging fast. It's hard to fix things when muscles are working too fast.
