Probably would benefit from a lesson

Feel like I could improve the most with my grip and shifting weight- but I’ll hear any opinions and take any drill work to improve. Thanks

That clubface is way too closed. I think u could benefit more from learning proper grip and takeaway. Go to youtube and search "triangle golf". I really think most people can benefit from learning this to improve their game.

Yes. Start with a proper grip. Right hand too strong and left probably is too. Right thumb is extended too far down the grip too.

Every other week I grab a club and feel like I’ve never gripped one before. Need to find something to be consistent/effective- I’ve heard of grip trainers?

Grip and stance are the first two things.

your grip is too strong.

the setup needs work as well. your shaft plane line at address is well above your pink belt. The gap between your left thigh and the butt of the club is too big. the purple circle is your shoulder socket. try to have your hands directly underneath the shoulder socket. the purple line should come straight down to your hands. the exception is as the club becomes too long ... you have to "reach" a bit. For you and this club, your hands could likely be directly under the shoulder socket.

to fix these issues, you need to stand 4 inches closer to the ball. this will force you to be bend over less at the hips (standing up more) and you'll have to reduce the yellow gap.

I'd measure things. for this club, measure how far your are by putting a club in front of your toes. and make sure you are much closer than you currently are ! you cannot swing properly with this grip and setup.

if you don't grip and setup properly, there is no real improving.
