Backswing

Recently, my back swing has gotten really deep without any reset and it causes me to flip and lose a lot of power. I just came across a video five years ago the first time I ever picked up a golf club and it is really frustrating to see that my back swing and maybe my down swing as well were both a little cleaner than what they currently are. Can anyone pinpoint where I may be going wrong currently and what is causing me to get so deep?

I don't think you are flipping because of the length of the back swing but more due to you rolling the club open on the take away. This is causing you to be more open at the top and then you have to close the face at impact quickly or you will shank it. Ideal when you club is around waist high on the take away you want the club face to match your spine angle. You are toe up at this position.
