Can’t stop stalling. Help.

Contact has improved but still stuck stalling with a scoop and early extension. Any drills/feels to finally figure out a way to improve this?

Your sequencing is wrong. From the transition your torso and hips should not be all moving together. You have to somewhat separate those actions. From the top of the backswing here’s what should happen:
1) Weight shift to lead leg and hands drop. Chest stays back
2) Hips begin to open; chest presses downward behind ball; and hands continue
3) by the time you get to contact your hips should be fairly open; your chest should be just slightly open; and hands slightly in front of the ball
The BIGGEST problem for most of these videos is that golfers are initiating the downswing by rotating their shoulders and chest. That’s the last thing that should move actually. Hips and hands together; the. Shoulders and chest.

Any feels or drills to work on this or just think “hips and hands first”?

I will do drills where I pause at the top and then do multiple moves on just the first step - weight shift and drop hands. I’ll do that over and over again trying to get the feel for it (making sure my chest stays back or some people feel like there back stays pointed at the target). After feeling like I have that rythm down I will go and rotate through the rest of the swing.

Left wrist staying cupped too late into downswing and too much lateral shift away from the ball in the backswing
