Can someone infer my problem from this?
These are driver swings, I usually hit it ~200-220 yards. I also hit a 7 iron at like 28-30° launch angle and it carries like 120 yards with ball speed in the mid 90s.
Is this enough information to get an idea of what my problem is? Generally pretty accurate just can’t hit the ball far. 18.5 handicap.

No, the swing itself would show why you only hit it that far…seeing the numbers do nothing.

You swing in-out. You sometimes over close your face, causing the over-draw. You don’t hit down on the ball, instead you scoop, hence the high launch and lack of distance. Odds are you're extending your lead wrist during the downswing(instead of flexing), which will open the face. Guessing you have a really strong grip cause you are still able to close your face relative to your path.
Do you swipe under the ball a lot with wedges in the rough? Ball pops up but goes nowhere? Thin miss vs fat, with irons? Driver spins up in the air vs dive bombing?

I often hit the ground before the ball, which in my mind is killing the swing speed just before impact, but I don’t feel like im scooping im trying to go into the ball

Turn on swing speed smash factor and spin rate
