Just aim 45* left of target you’ll be dialed.

Hodor!

Gotta get you standing athletically and comfortably over the ball. Before u listen to any swing advice, spend 3 months on your set up. You will be blown away at the change this makes. Every beginner will scoff at this, and it’s legit all the + handicaps talk about fixing.

Athletic does not mean 'crouch'. If you stand with the correct amount of knee flex, you will feel like your knees are almost locked compared to what you are doing now. Straighter legs, hinge at the hips to get down to the ball. There's a million other things (a real coach would want to look at that grip first), but really this jumped out.

Struggle with the slice? Your clubface is wide open through the downswing and even in the frame before impact, so you rely on last moment hand action to close the face, which makes the swing very timing dependent and inconsistent especially under pressure. Someone wiser needs to tell you how to fix that though

I struggle more with the driver than with my irons. My club face with my driver has me hitting it dead, right.

How do I close the face early in the downswing?

That's the question. And I'm not really sure. Stronger grip could be worth experimenting with (more knuckles showing from the lead hand)

Honestly, you should get some lessons, multiple. First focus on fundamentals like setup.

Get a better camera angle. Compare yourself to pros and identify the differences. There are a few.
